Carsten Hougaard is the founder of ActivatorGroup and has a long-standing and unusual experience in the field of managing. He is a former officer of the line and major in the army. He was Head of UN-missions in some of the hot spots of the world, personnel manager in Greenland, director and partner in the field of Search & Selection as well as management and organizational development - experience that goes a long way when it comes to human understanding and corporate insight.
