SAP Training Consultants

Vestas Northern Europe is Vestas Sales Business Unit for Scandinavia, UK & Ireland, Poland and the Baltic’s and we are responsible for Sales, Project & Installation and Service of wind farms throughout these countries. Vestas Northern Europe is establishing a new head office in Malmo in 2008. Our customers can mainly be found among larger power supply companies and professional investors, but also among private investors.

Vestas Northern Europe is rolling out SAP in the second half year of 2009, and for joining the SAP project team called Mayflower we are now searching for SAP Training Consultants.
The NEU Mayflower Team is responsible for the initial roll-out of SAP to approximately 600 end users and the ongoing support and training needs of existing and new users in collaboration with the Central Mayflower Team.

The Job

As a SAP Training Consultant you will be responsible for training end users in the relevant business processes and SAP functionality

Your primary tasks will be:
• Participate in implementation SAP
• Conduction training need analysis within SAP and business processes
• Designing courses and training activities
• Developing and maintaining course and training material in English
• Setting up training data in the training system
• Preparing and delivering training in NEU, primarily in English
• Participate in identifying and implementing improvements projects
• Provide telephone and on site support to NEU end users
• Ad hoc projects and tasks

The role is requiring an experienced candidate to be able to quickly step in and perform professional training.

Of experience we expect the following:
• Training experience
• Experience with creating presentations and training materials
• Process knowledge / documentation of processes
• Experience with SAP as super user or consultant
• Ability to convert SAP possibilities into business benefit and improvement.
• Some travelling must be expected
