A prerequisite for exercising good leadership is an understanding of the employee’s situation, a talent for inspiring, and the ability to present clear goals.

ActivatorGroup develops and carries out targeted leadership training processes that equip the individual leader to live up to the demands of the process. The processes can be in the form of classes, seminars, or individual coaching processes.

Our consultants, all of whom have many years of leadership experience, determine the content of the individual development processes in close cooperation with the company, and on the basis of the individual leader’s competences.
