We provide a high level of information during the process, in relation to both the candidates and the customer. The customer is continuously informed of the status of the process. The candidates are given a clear description of the process and the final candidates receive full feedback.
Our process uncovers the individual candidate’s strengths and weaknesses. We get a clear idea of the candidate’s personal qualities and wishes and can match these with the company and its values.
